Troubleshooting
 
     Not seeing anything below the header?
     Things to try:
     1) Refresh the page and wait a few seconds.
         ▪ Sometimes you’ll have to do this several times (more than you would think) and it will come up.
     2) Close out of the system, clear your cache and cookies and sign in again.
     3) Use a different web browser –Google Chrome or Firefox (NOT Internet Explorer)		     Trouble uploading a file?
     Things to note:
     1) The file type must be a PDF.
     2) Keep the file name simple - special characters in the file name can cause upload
          issues.
